On Friday night, Josh surprised me and took me to the Cirque de Soleil show in Honolulu. I've never been to show like this and it was amazing! I was scared and excited and on the edge of my seat all night. One of the last performances was some of the best fire throwers I have ever seen.
Saturday night, we went to the Polynesian Cultural Center with the Bells and our friend Robby. They also had some guys that really knew how to handle fire and it was a pretty good show.
Finally, on Sunday evening we went to the Maccademia Nut farm for a tour and short show. This man made the fire from rubbing two sticks together, made it big with coconut hair, and then lit his fire stick. Done like a true Polynesian stud. SO cool.
And that concluded our three days of fire thowing. Welcome to Hawaii.
